How it work：

During normal operation, airflow containing dust enters from the air inlet and passes through the filter element. After the dust is filtered by the filter element, clean air enters the clean room.
The electromagnetic valve cleans the external dust of the filter element by pulse back blowing, thereby reducing equipment resistance and extending the service life of the filter element.
